Yogilateral is the brainchild of Irish yogi, Clodagh Ní Fhaoláin.

Once she found yoga she wanted to bring it to everyone else too; and saw no reason why that shouldn’t, couldn’t or wouldn’t be possible.

Clodagh received her diploma as a Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) from Dublin’s Crown Centre in early 2015. Since then she has been on quite a journey of discovery.

She has worked

  • Teaching her own classes in studios throughout both Tipperary and Dublin.

  • Teaching a programme of chair yoga and mindfulness (she herself created) with the elderly in nursing homes.

  • Practising mindfulness meditation with sufferers of MS.

  • With sports teams and athletes.

  • With individuals looking to rehabilitate after injury or illness.

  • Teaching family yoga, a class with both parents and children together.

  • Teaching children, both in schools and in sports’ camps.

  • Teaching groups of adults with both physical and mental disabilities.

  • With clients of personal trainers and gyms.

  • Ag múineadh as gaeilge.

And we want that list to keep growing!

Don't be shy, we want to hear from you.
